PL40 is a wire saw used to cut small materials (so-called "field stones" or small blocks). The saw has a monoblock structure that can be moved freely.
Due to its small size, the entire machine can be transported by car. For installation, however, a stable foundation is needed because the machine must be anchored to the ground for stability.

We offer two types of automation.

The first is the "manual" automation for a single cut, i.e. the machine moves up and down, and the trolley is manually moved by the size of the cut plate (version without a display).
The second is "full automation" that is, the trolley has an electric drive and a plate measuring system (version with display). Both systems have a main motor inverter and a hydraulic pump inverter.
